- Subway is looking to trademark the term 'Footlong.'  Lots of mom and pop shops across the country have been using that term to describe sandwiches and hot dogs for decades.  We'll see what the courts decide.

- Ann Curry gave the commencement speech at Wheaton College in Massachusetts on Saturday.  In her speech she listed notable alumni.  The problem was that the alumni she mentioned all attended a different Wheaton College...in Illinois.  Oops.  She issued a letter of apology to the school.  She still got a round of applause when she was done.  Click here to watch the video.  http://vimeo.com/11951466
