Mark Shuttleworth spoke with Rosa LaDelfa from Cancer Support Community about their upcoming Comics Against Cancer presented by Combat Comedians.
-Rosa gave details about the event and what people can expect
-She talked about how they formed a partnership with VPAC, a veterans organization, to better serve our local veterans dealing with cancer.
-Combat Comedias introduces military veterans to comedy as a way to cope with PTSD and teaches them how to be stand-up comics.
-Rosa explained that proceeds support Cancer Support Community at Gilda’s Club which provides social and emotional support programs at no cost to people dealing with cancer and support for their families.
