Poutine is traditional French-Canadian comfort food, made with French fries and cheese curds smothered in hot gravy.  Petit Poutinerie uses the absolute best ingredients to make the most delicious poutine. They use Idaho russet potatoes that are  hand-cut and double-fried in peanut oil for the best possible flavor and texture. Their cheese curds come to them fresh each week from Shtayburn Farms, a family-owned farm and creamery in the Finger Lakes. They make their gravy in small batches, and each poutine is sprinkled with hand-picked thyme, their signature touch that makes all the difference.
